Cloud-based Storage keeps it on Linked Helper servers, so you can reach the same workspace from another device, share it with teammates, get automatic backups and receive leads through incoming webhooks. Everything else — the app, the automation, the feature set — is identical.

No. Linked Helper is desktop software: it runs on your own computer, or on a VPS you control. That is true of both versions. Cloud-based Storage version is about where your data lives, not about running your account from our servers — we never do that.

No — on either version. The automation runs from the machine you control, so that machine has to be on with the app running. Cloud-based Storage changes where the data is kept, not where the work happens.

For 24/7 operation, you can rent a VPS and run Linked Helper on it instead.

Not at the moment — moving an existing workspace between the two is not supported yet, so treat this as a choice you make up front.

Pro lifts the 20-per-day cap on eleven advanced actions; it adds messaging-history export to CSV, to webhooks and to your CRM; it includes 3,100 Data credits a month instead of 620; and it comes with roughly double the AI credits. No. A license is tied to a LinkedIn account, not to a person — you buy licenses for the accounts you automate, and teammates get access through workspace roles. One caveat worth knowing up front: you can add users without a license only in your first workspace; any additional workspace needs at least one license of its own.

Yes. Give each client their own workspace: data, accounts and permissions stay inside it, and people without access to a workspace cannot see that it exists. You can invite a client as a Guest with view-only access.

Yes, two ways. Buy one-time licenses, which start their own term at the full price. Or extend your subscription: the top-up is prorated against the days left in the current billing cycle. Added licenses must match the existing license type and subscription duration. Because the discount is calculated on the resulting volume, adding licenses can move you into a bigger discount.

1 license = 1 LinkedIn account. You can switch the connected account at any time, but one license cannot run two accounts at once. Licenses can also be reassigned between Workspaces whenever needed.

The volume discount requires all licenses to be the same type, the same duration, and bought under one subscription or one order. Buying them separately does not qualify.

Data credits never expire — neither the ones included with a licence nor the ones you buy. AI credits work differently: packages you buy separately never expire, but AI credits included with a licence run out when that licence does.

No. Credits from every licence go into one balance for the workspace, and any connected LinkedIn account can spend them. Buying twenty licences means twenty times the credits in a single pot, not twenty separate pots.

All of them, on both plans: AI Messages, AI ICP Detection, AI Commenter, AI Reply Assistant, the AI Message Generator and the AI text editor. No AI feature is locked to Pro. What differs is the allowance: a Standard licence comes with 250 to 1,500 AI credits depending on the term, a Pro one with 500 to 3,000 — roughly double. Either way you can buy more.

No. Linked Helper has its own built-in AI engine, so there is no separate subscription and no API key to paste in.

From profile data — role, company, experience and the other fields you choose. It does not write from someone’s recent posts. If a required field is missing, Linked Helper visits the profile to collect it, and skips the lead if it still cannot.
