Definitions

Referrer is an existing customer of Linked Helper (www.linkedhelper.com) who has registered an account with Linked Helper and has at least one active or expired license;

Referee is the referrer’s friend who becomes or is likely to become a new Linked Helper customer following the referral link;

Referral reward is a free Linked Helper license that is added to the referrer’s Linked Helper account after the referral is deemed successful.

Referral link is the unique link tied to the referrer’s account in Linked Helper that allowsto unmistakably identify him as the source of the referral

Terms and conditions

  1. For a referral to be deemed successful, the following conditions must be met:
    1. The referee must purchase a Linked Helper license of any duration and price within 60 calendar days from the day he came to visit Linked Helper’s website, registered an account with Linked Helper, or activated the trial license following the referral link;
    2. The referee and the referrer must not work in the same organization;
    3. The referee must not be already on Linked Helper’s database.
  2. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by an individual referrer.
  3. The reward for the first successful referral is a free 31-day Linked Helper license that will be added to the referrer’s account after the purchase by the referee is made and the license was activated.
  4. If the referee cancels his purchase, the license that the referrer received as a reward, is to be cancelled too. If the cancellation by the referee happens after the reward license has expired, the respective number of days will be deducted from any active licenses held by the referrer.
  5. In case we find proof that the referee was coming from the same IP as the referrer, under a made-up email, or otherwise likely to be fake or specially created to game the system and get a free license, the referrer is not eligible for the reward.
  6. In case the referee comes from several referral links, the referral reward goes to the referrer, whose referral link was used the earliest by the referee.
  7. The referral reward cannot be exchanged for money.
